WATKINS, GARY LYNN (1946-2004) ~ Gary Lynn Watkins, lawyer, public servant, Ector County Judge, State Representative, and State District Court Judge was born in Crane, Texas on December 12, 1946.
Gary was a resident of Odessa where he served as a member of several civic, charitable and religious organizations. He was a member of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.
Gary passed away at Alliance Hospital in Odessa August 8, 2004, and was interred at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Odessa, Texas August 10, 2004.
A cenotaph (memorial marker) was placed in the Texas State Cemetery to commemorate the memory of Representative Watkins.
