| BAILEY, ROBERT H. (1848~1913) Robert H. Bailey was born in Virginia in 1848. On the Confederate Home Roster, he is listed as being part of Hudson's Battery, Dennis' Brigade, which was part of the Mississippi Army. No military records have been located for Robert Bailey. Bailey came to Texas in 1889 and lived in Collinsville. When he entered the Home on September 9, 1913 he was single. His religious preference was Mississippi Baptist. The only person listed to be notified upon his death was a M.D. Christopher, who also lived in Collinsville. Robert H. Bailey died November 19, 1913 and was buried at the Texas State Cemetery.
