DAVIDSON, THOMAS D. (1822 ~ 1907). Confederate veteran Thomas D. Davidson was born in Tennessee in 1822. He served in Cowan's Company, DeWitt's Battalion and Robinson's Brigade during the Civil War.

Davidson moved to Texas in 1840, and lived in Lockhart, Caldwell County where he was a Christian. He was a widowed blacksmith who suffered from old age when he was admitted to the Confederate Men's Home on September 15, 1907.

He died June 1, 1910 and was buried at the Texas State Cemetery.
