GOSSETT, CARMEN MARGARET "BOOG" (1929 ~ ). Carmen Margaret (Boog) Gossett, was born October 30, 1929 in D'Hanis, Medina County, Texas to Alphonse Joseph Boog and Ethel (Lanford) Boog.
She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School, San Antonio, Texas and attended Trinity University. She married Leo Earl Gossett on January 15, 1949.
She is the mother of five children; Richard Earl, Larry Alan, Patrick David, Janet Dee and Gary Wayne. She is an active member of Hyde Park Baptist Church, past president of Ro-Anns of Austin and the Board of Directors of the Y.W.C.A. as well as a member of Texas State Officials Ladies Club.
She acted in volunteer postions with public schools and at Shoal Creek Hospital. She is described as "a lifelong wife, mother and homemaker."
