AULL, NINA DUVALL WRIGHT (1863 ~ 1994). Nina Duvall Wright Aull was born on October 23 in Springfield, Virginia. Her parents, Dr. Lucian Spence Duvall, a former Confederate Solider, and his wife Cornelia Cottringer Tabbs were both from Kentucky.
Nina Duvall first married James A. Wright in 1882. During the marriage she gave birth to two sons; James D. Wright and William H. Wright. The Wright's second son William later entered the clergy and became a Reverend for Loraine, Texas in Mitchell County. Following Wright's death on November 4th 1904, he was buried in Oakwood Cemetery. Nina Duvall Wright married Anthony Frank Aull after the death of her first husband, but there are no records of any children being produced from the marriage. On August 17, 1935, Anthony Aull died and later that year James requested that his mother be placed in the Confederate Women's Home in Austin. She moved in on March 14, 1936 from the Rosebery Home in Galveston, Texas. She died at 81 years of age on November 10, 1944 and the following day she was buried at the Texas State Cemetery.
