RICHARDSON, MOLLIE MIMS (1847 ~ 1934). Confederate widow Mollie Richardson was born August 31, 1847 in Monroe County Alabama. She was the daughter of Stanford Mims of Alabama and Parthenia Autry of Alabama.

She married J. A. Richardson on December 20, 1869 in Wilcox County, Alabama. He was born on April 14, 1847 and served in Co. A, 45th Alabama Infantry. The 45th Alabama served at Ringgold Gap and Chickamauga.

The couple moved to Texas in 1889 and lived in Angelina County near Lufkin. J.A. Richardson died July 5, 1922 in Angelina County and his wife applied for a Confederate pension the same year.

Mollie Richardson moved to the Confederate Woman's Home at an undetermined time. She died on November 29, 1934 and was buried at the Texas State Cemetery.
