MILLARD, MARY FRANCES FRAZIER (1927~) Mary Frances Frazier Millard, wife of Richard Wesley Millard, was born on July 12, 1927, to William Edward Frazier and Mary Charlotte Wilson.
Miss Frazier married Richard Wesley Millard on April 4, 1951, and they are the parents of three children, Michael Dean, Lisa Ann, who is the Judge of the 310th Judicial District of Texas, and John Richard. The Millards are grandparents of Shannon Mary Jeffcoat and her husband, Lawrence Jeffcoat, Sean E. Millard and Lauren M. Millard. Judge and Mrs. Millard are the great-grandparents of Peyton Elisabeth Jeffcoat and Colin Richard Jeffcoat (named for his great-grandfather, Judge Richard Millard).
