MASSEY, KANSAS TILLMAN MARTIN (1852 ~ 1940). Kansas Massey was born on April 27, 1852 in Marshall Coutny, Tennessee (near Louisburg). She was born to G. W. Tillman of South Carolina and Sarah Powell of Tennessee.
She first married S. D. Martin on November 21, 1869. S. D. Martin died Novemberr 21, 1910. She then married A. J. Massey on July 26, 1911. A. J. Massey died on January 18, 1921. She had one niece named Mrs. J. S. Cobb and died on November 19, 1940.
She was buried at the Texas State Cemetery.
