Texas Independence Day Ceremony
As part of Texas Independence Day, Celebrate Texas Inc. had a ceremony on Cemetery grounds to honor the signing of the Texas Declaration of Independence. Rep. Paul Workman R-Austin gave the keynote speech. Reenactors in period dress fired a volley in honor of the 176th anniversary of Texas independence Day. Photos by Michael McFadden and Will Erwin.
